Optimal late breakfast time for Tusker House?

What is the sweet spot for the latest breakfast time at Tusker, with the opportunity to sample lunch items as well? Breakfast officially ends at 10:55 and lunch begins at 11:00. But how long does breakfast actually stay out and fresh? We've only ever enjoyed Tusker as a PPO breakfast. TIA

I would say 10:15-10:30. We did a 10:15 2 years ago and it was a smidge early, plus we were seated quickly. This year I’m going to make it for 10:30.
