Anybody watch Oprah last night???I cried my eyes out,my prayers today are certainley going to be longer than my usual ,"Thankyou God for everything",it was heart wrenching!.

Oh God, that was an awful show. I was sitting there, not really paying attention (as usual) and then I figured out what was going on. Those poor, poor mothers. We all ended up riveted to the TV. My poor son could not sleep well last night because of it.

Absolutely heartbreaking. All such terrible terrible horrible stories, but that poor baby with the burns.

It was basically about mothers who experienced tragedies with regard to their children, and getting on with your life.

Two women had exhusbands who murdered all their children (one had 4, the other 3). The kids in the fire had been left in the car while the mother ran in the house for less than 2 minutes to drop off their pet bird that one had brought to school...when she came out, the car was on fire (one of the kids found a lighter and lit a piece of paper). Another woman (I remember this story when it happened) left her son (6 maybe?) in the car while she ran into a convenience store, and an escaped con carjacked the car...the mother ran after it, and tried to pull the boy out of the back seat, but he was stuck on the seatbelt, and was just dragged on the ground, and died.

I'm glad I did not see it. I don't think I could have watched the whole thing without crying. Alot.

I saw that yesterday and just felt horrible for those poor people. The first mother they had on with the 4 kids who were murdered seemed so disconnected from the world. I truly hope that she's able to overcome her pain eventually. It was unbelievably sad.

OMG! I only saw the first few minutes where that first mother described how she went out walking and came home to find her kids and ex. I was sick to my stomach and shut it off. I cant even imagine how that woman can go on. Listening to the 911 call made it seem so real.

I heard the promos on TV with the 911 call and chose not to watch. I would have killed the SOB myself and been in prison right along side of him.

Ohmigosh yes I did watch it! That was absolutely heartbreaking, I started to get teary eyed watching it. I felt SO sorry for both mothers, especially the one lady who found it so incredibly hard to move on. I really hope and pray that the one woman is able to build a new life for herself but still keep her children in her memory. I felt so sorry for her, she felt so disconnected from everything. I hope she finds the strength she needs. I can't even imagine what they must have gone through. That 911 call just sent chills up my spine.
