Opperation Chrimbo House tidy up!

Morning all

Anyone started their big Christmas clear out/tidy up, ready for the tree to go up this weekend?
I gave it a few hours yesterday and then got bored lol.
So today the operation must continue, doesn't really help that we just moved house, but at least I can shove boxes in the garage.
If it's not unpacked by now, we obviously don't need it ha ha ha
Anyone else started the clean?

haha I'm lucky the Dis is indeed more appealing than tidying up for Xmas but I'm not staying where I live over Xmas so I don't need to do the Xmas clearout! I have to go and help my cousin tidy hers instead, but that's easier because I tidy hers every week for her anyway!

Im going one step further I decided to re-paint the living room then clean it up and move around I never do things by halves.

I had a big clean up last Friday, then put my trees up in the afternoon - I'm glad that's out the way now

I've started the tidy up. I don't intend to put up my tree until the week before Christmas but I'm going to need a LOT of time to tidy as we're such an untidy family!

Same here! And I've got to be prepared as my in-laws are coming for New Year!

I started my tidy up last week, and got my new curtains put up on Friday and DS Adam and I put the tree up on Saturday so we are very festive in our house, Adam (5) keeps asking every five minutes how many more days until Santa comes? We can't wait. Oh and DH Craig is putting our outside lights up tomorrow.

Ok so............ I did some tidying up yesterday, got bored and started to wrap some gifts (ready to go under tree) then got bored of that, so wrote some Christmas cards.
I'm trying to do some more tidying today - I just can't seem to motivated - I think I'll go put on 'Phil and Fern' there's bound to be a festive item with someone with a gorgeous house to spur me on! lol
