What do you think of this villa? I am about to put a deposit on it and I love it, but I am so afraid something else is better out there that I am missing. I have looked for nearly 2 weeks straight. What do you think?

It looks awesome!! Highlands Reserve is a beautiful community along the golf course. I would love to stay there.

It's lovely...

If you don't mind me being nosey (which I'm going to be!LOL!) what's making you hesitate that little bit? Are there amenities that you're worried that you may need, and this house doesn'tt have? Distance to WDW? The cost?

Again, just curious...because the house is beautiful, HR is lovely, easy trip to WDW, and there's a Publix right there, practically in the development You're going to love that pool area!

The only two things is the pool deck look small and the distance to WDW. We stayed in Espirit last year and it wasnt bad so I dont think Highlands would be either. I think I am just going to do it!

It looks lovely.Yes the pool doesnt look as big as some and I personally wouldnt want to be in the pool with golfers walking by - as is the view in some homes on golf communities.
But I find we spend so little time at the villa anyway.
