Hi All

After many sleepless nights since they annouced the 2006 dates, I am thinking of changing my cruise plans, we currently have booked a 4 day cruise cat 6 next August, we really wanted to do a 7 day but as the Magic is on the west coast this was not an option. I have now checked out the special 7 day on the 19th August 2006, with 2 days at Castaway. This cruise works out to only $1000 more for the same cat, or $600 more with an oceanview room but we have the advantage of having a 7 night instead of 4 and 2 stops at Castaway.

As I cannot possible afford to do the 2 do you think the 7 day cruise is a better option for us. We loved Castaway, and would love to do a 7 day.

I know it is 2 years away but we would still have our holiday to Florida in 2005, just not the cruise.

Please tell me what you would do before the price go's up any further.

Sue

I would absolutely do the 7 day. I think that if you do the 4 day once it is over you will have wished you did the 7 day. Good Luck and have fun. Book soon whichever you decide, that special 7 night will go fast.:sunny:

It's your choice, but I would have to agree and opt for the 7 day cruise in 2006 and take advantage of the two stops at CC. Whatever you decide, I'm sure your cruise will be both WONDERful and MAGICal!!!

confal1- Thanks for your quick reply, this is my thoughts completly, I know as soon as I get off the Wonder next year I will have wished I booked the 7 day for 2006.

Verandah Man- Andy great to hear from you again, waiting in antisipation for your cruise trip report from this year on your web site. I think I am going to change my cruise as I would still have a great holiday in Florida at the Pop next August to look forward to.
I know my daughter would love to do the 7 days and it seems good value compared to the 4 day we have booked.

My next question is how easy is it for me to change it? I have paid my deposit directly to DCL for next August so I presume I give them a ring and pay the extra $100 for the deposit. Will I have to pay any charges to change it.

Thanks for your help

Sue

I just called the other week and changed our Spring 2005 cruise to October 2005 and there was not any other charges, just give DCL a call and make the switch.

I would definitely go for the 7 day given the price difference and since you will still have a Disney vacation in 2005. I think it'll be worth the wait to stay on the ship for 7 days!

Definately the 7 day cruise. For the amount of money quated you will definately regret it if you don't::yes::
