Opinions please - MK on Mon or Tues

We will be visiting in mid November or early December on a Monday and Tuesday. We would like to do MK and AK this visit. I've heard that Tuesday is usually better than Monday for MK, but wondering if a Spectro gets scheduled on Tuesday if that is still a better option. Also, that would put AK on Monday, which I believe is an EE day. Any thoughts?

Do Magic Kingdom on Tuesday and AK on Monday, I'm not sure when spectromagic is scheduled but it is probably running on Tuesday.

Spectro is not usually an every day thing in the off season. If I remember right, it's mostly been Sat. and Weds. so you might miss it altogether if you only have Mon. /Tues.

I'd definitely plan on MK on Tues. Most stats out there show that most people arrive on Sunday, making their first full day at WDW a Monday and MK is where a lot of people end up first.

Also, if Spectro were to be scheduled more times during the week, I'd lean toward them doing it on Tuesday over Monday as well.

I've found Tuesday & Wednesday to be good days for MK. However, when I've gone in May or December and Spectro was being held one of those nights, the park was crowded all day. What we do is go to another park on the day Spectro is run and then just go to MK at night to see Spectro (assuming you have park hopping privileges). Then go to MK during the day on another day when Spectro isn't run that night. One thing to consider for early December is that the park closes early on MVMCP nights (6:00pm), it shouldn't be too crowded during the day.

We will be there in early December and plan on MK on tuesday of that week....Too many people hit the MK first on monday and it is more crowded as others have stated, I prefer a lower crowd there...

Since they started having EMH at MK on Sunday and Thursday, we have found that the crowds at MK are not too bad on Monday or Tuesday. However, as Debbie B said, if Spectro is only being offered on Tuesday through the week, then it does get more crowded so its best to go to MK on Monday and if you can park hop, go back to MK on Tuesday night just to see Spectro. We are not big fans of Spectro but its neat if you haven't seen it before. Don't miss Wishes though! MK's newest fireworks show is awesome.

Thanks all. We do have park hoppers to use. We saw Spectro last visit and may skip it this time, since we only have 2 days. We do want to see Wishes though. We just want to pick the less busy day for MK.
