Opinions on this years first week of Dec.

We have visited the world several times during early Dec. and greatly enjoy the low crowds and Xmas decorations. Unfortunately the only time we can go this time is the last 2 days of Nov. and the first 3 days of Dec. What do you Disney experts think we are going to have for crowds since this is the end of Thanksgiving weekend. Are we going to be severely disappointed for the first 2 days or will the crowds just be a little higher than normal but nothing like holiday times.

I think that it will be more crowded than we've seen in the past. MOre and more people know about that time of year. I was looking at going early Dec and changed to 2 weeks before Thanksgiving but I will def. miss the holiday decor.

We were there last year from Thanksgiving Day until the Wednesday after. It really wasn't that bad on Saturday. We spent some time at resort on Saturday and then went to Epcot - very manageable. MK on Sunday - also very manageable. Monday and Tuesday were a breeze. We went to MVMCP on Tuesday night and felt like we had the place to ourselves!

We're going again this year, only staying the whole week after Thanksgiving. I don't think you'll have any regrets.

I'll be there during that time period, too. I was there last year during that time and the crowds did not seem bad to me. But this year may be different.
