I think I found a great deal, but really want some input on this. I have been offered a house located on Lake Davenport. It is four bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. The company that rents these out are called Orchid Villas.

Has anybody ever heard of them? Are they reputable? I just want to make sure I don't make a mistake going with the wrong company. Since this will be our first trip to WDW, and renting a house, I am not familiar with any of the companies down there.
