Nine dragons is one of the most notorious Disney restaurants for mixed reviews, and I see you have gotten a tasting of that on this thread.
That being said, I had mostly avoided it for the past 5 years, but on a whim decided to do lunch there in May. I ordered the Kung Pow Chicken, and while I'm sure it wasn't authentic Chinese fare (where in the WS is there authentic ethnic fare?), I found it to be very tasty and prepared very well. The chicken was flavorful and not over cooked, there were plenty of peanuts and a delightfully surprising spicy kick. The sauce was light and not overpowering. I also found it to be reasonably priced for a TS lunch in WS. I would definitely chance it again in the future.
