I Know I could post on other boards, but I thought I would trust y'all's opinions since your my 'camping buddies'. I'm debating on adding the waterparks and more option, have any of you done DisneyQuest? Opinions/thoughts?

I personally did not like DQ. It was dark, loud, flashing bright lights, etc. I felt sick and dizzy...I lasted maybe 20 minutes. I do recommend the water parks however. I went to Bb Sunday and had an amazing time. It was so fun and relaxing. I suppose it's just preference but I definitely prefer the more laid back destinations.

I have mixed feeling about DQ. I love playing the virtual games, Jungle Cruise is a blast, but I don't like how loud it is. My DH loves playing the " old fashion " pinball games. We were there in February and spent three hours.

We enjoyed it with some adult beverages and had a blast playing the 4 player mrs packman with my wife. The water parks are a little better value but overall the dq was a nice break especially if you have bad weather.

I have boys. They like it. They enjoy the change of pace after doing the theme park days. They enjoy it best when it opens at 10 or 11 am. I buy base tix and add Water Parks and more. Now I buy less days on the base tix and add the option to cover more days. We caught BB on a sunny afternoon after a rainy morning - walked on slides and got a chair easily.
Of note - I received my book from WDW travel co with my coupons and luggage tags etc.... I did notice 2 free adult admission tix in there for DQ. ;)

I have been twice and enjoy it. It is a large arcade with some fun simulations. It is worth checking out.

DH and I didn't like it but our teens did. We compromise and visit the resort arcades like CR, POP, AoA, Movies, etc....

My DW and I had free tickets we were sent with our package prior to leaving for our trip. We were able to squeeze in a trip. We had fun, and I LOVED the 'free play' on the large assortment of arcade games they had. I did find the 'vitrual reality games to feel quite aged, as technology has come a long way since the late 90's. I think I'd like DisneyQuest more, if they put some money into the place. I would go again, with a free pass, but couldn't see myself spending more than $30 to get in, and I believe tickets cost more than that.

We went for a morning on our our trip last August. Probably spent 3 hours there. The kids loved it. DH and I were ok with it, but wouldn't miss it if we didn't go again. We all did enjoy Cyber Space Mountain and designing our own coasters.
