Opinions on 1900 Park Fair at GF?

I would like to hear your reviews and experiences with 1900 Park Fair at the GF! We have never tried this one out!

We went for breakfast a couple of years ago and it was very good.

I've been to the breakfast and dinner. I really liked them both. The food was good as was the character interaction. I'll be back there for dinner in 35 days!

We were there in May for dinner and I was actually very disappointed compared to other places I have eaten. My DDs actually had most of the characters signatures already before we had dinner there so the characters seem to just fly by us. When we had them stop for pictures I felt like I was inconveniencing them. The spent very little time with my DDs and this was Cinderella and the Prince, my DDs favorites. Needless to say I won't be trying this place again.

I was pretty disappointed in the 1900 on my last trip. Not much for character interaction and the food was just so-so.

We've gone a couple of times and the food was always excellent. The breakfast characters seemed to be more interactive and we saw them a couple of times while we were eating. The dinner characters felt rushed and only saw them once. If they reached our part of the room a second time around they skipped our table. Not great when your four year old sees them coming.

We love the 1900 Park Fare breakfast buffet! In fact, we are sitting here right now about to leave for our breakfast PS there!!

We were unable to obtain ressies last trip for this, and my girls were begging to go, so I was on the phone at 7 am this morning, and was able to get a 10:40 am ressie for our family of 6.

I have not tried their dinner buffet for a couple of years, but we were previously pleased with those offerings as well!! Cheers everyone!!

DH and I had breakfast there in 2000. We really enjoyed the food and thought the character interaction was great! We going to try it again in October with DD and MIL.

We've eaten there several times for breakfast and love it...one of the better character breakfast buffets in our family's opinion.
Eaten there twice for dinner and found it so-so both times.
Enjoy whatever you decide!

We had dinner there in April and loved it.

The food was excellent, and I"m a very picky vegetarian. I still had more choices than I could eat.

The character interaction was wonderful. They all stopped and took photos, and the mice kept coming back and back.

We did have the first seating of the night, 4:30...so that may have helped.

I would recommend it.

We ate there for breakfast a few times. The food is very good. Depending on where you are sitting, the character interaction varies. If you are in the center of the room, you'll get lots of interaction. If you are down one of the side areas, ( we were in the very last table next to the hallway) you'll be lucky if they make it down there.

October 2003--My experience was about the same as yours Karemore. We went to dinner with Cinderella, and a Breakfast with Mary Poppins later in the week (on a different day of course!) It was super convenient because we were staying at the GF. We were at the earliest dinner seating too, and were about in the center of that first room you walk into. I loved it, and the food was good...There was a time though when Cinderella was making a second round, and right before getting to our table, skipped it! LOL, so I could relate to you JFrey4240! It was just me and my two girls for BF with MP, and we had a great time there too. I think we will do one of them again next time...just not sure which one...

We had dinner there last week and was disappointed. The character interaction was disorganized, and more close to chaos! We did get pictures but it seemed as though the characters had no design as far as what table to go to next. The food was average, but the strawberry soup was excellent.
