Opinions of the Captain's Grille at the Yacht Club?

I was just checking out the new menus over on allears.net, and I have to say that all three (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) look pretty good. The crab cakes Benedict sound especially good. Has anyone had an opportunity to dine there yet, and, if so, what was the verdict?

I can only vouch for the breakfast buffet which is one of the better ones I've had at Disney.
