Hi All,
I just wanted to see if any of you would give opinions on my current ADR's for my January trip! I've been hearing all kinds of mixed reviews that are quite dated. Just wanted some up-to-date feedback!
I'll be eating at...
Via Napoli- Dinner
Kona Cafe- Breakfast
Teppen Edo- Dinner
Tusker House- Lunch
Crystal Palace- Breakfast

Thanks!!:goodvibes

Great choices! We have eaten at all but Via Napoli and really like all of the restaurants you picked.

Thanks! The only one that I am nervous about is Teppen Edo. There is a great hibachi restaurant where I live, and I've been spoiled by it! I hope Teppen Edo is as good!

If you have a great hibachi restaurant where you live, I think you will be disappointed by Teppan Edo. For one, it won't be a unique experience since you can do it at home. For two, IMO, the Teppan Edo menu is more limited than the hibachi places I've been. Plus they don't have fried rice which is my favorite part!

We loved Via Napoli for dinner, great food and atmosphere. We did Tusker House for breakfast - loved the atmosphere and the selection. I'd imagine lunch would be just as good.

I <3 Kona Cafe for breakfast. Have some Pineapple Macadamia Nut pancakes for me, :).

Absolutely love Via Napoli! I was so disappointed we didn't go on our last trip. Appetizers, pizza, and dessert were all fabulous!

Teppan Edo... eh. It's fine. My DH loves it so we've been several times. I'm going to try really hard to talk him out of it next time though. I think it's overpriced for what it is. To me, it's sub-par hibachi. Nothing I've had has been gross. It tastes fine, just nothing all that special. I would spend my money (or credits) elsewhere. If you're wanting to stay in Epcot, I really liked Chefs de France when we went. I'm also in the camp who loves Le Cellier personally.

I can't comment on the rest of your list though.

Via Napoli- Dinner
Excellent choice. Great fresh food. Relaxed atmosphere.

Kona Cafe- Breakfast
Great choice. I liked the Tonga Toast over the macademia nuts pancakes.

Teppen Edo- Dinner
I think this is nothing better than other hibachi restaurants. You may want to reconsider as there are lots of other choices in Epcot and nearby restaurants.

Tusker House- Lunch
Only been for breakfast. Breakfast was really good.

Crystal Palace- Breakfast
Excellent choice. One of the best breakfast buffets, and it's in the theme park. The onlt thing better is getting the ADR before the park opens.

Thanks!!:goodvibes

Great choices. I really liked the food at Teppan Edo, but it was nothing different than another hibachi restaurant I can get 2 miles away from house here in KY. If you decide to change, there are so many choices in Epcot, so you should have a lot of options. Also, the restaurants at Yacht and Beach Club and Boardwalk are in walking distance thru the International Gateway if you want to switch. Good luck.

Teppan Edo is not good. It's like fast food Japanese for $$$. If you have a really good HIbachi near you- just go there before or after your trip ;) Haven't been to Via Napoli, but we ALWAYS go to Tutto Italia! Never a disappointment. Just there last week and dreaming of it still :cloud9: Kona is AWESOME any time of day. O'hanas is one you will want to add in there, if you can get in. But we added a new fave to the list this trip- T-Rex cafe!!! It is SOOOO good!!! We went 2 days in a row. Service is ON TIME and food is DELISH...and alot of it too! Every plate I saw on tables we passed were clean, happy plates:thumbsup2
