What is the verdict on the new Tusker House in Animal Kingdom??
Will it be alright if some members of the party are not the most adventurous
of eaters??

We had dinner there on August 7. It was very, very good. There are lots of selections, some of which are a bit (though not too) exotic and others which are fairly standard. We all loved it and would recommend it.

Not sure what meal your referring to but we loved Donald's Safari Breakfast in December 2007 so much we are going back next month! :thumbsup2

Good to hear! I'm curious too. When it was counter service I thought it was good so hopefully (or apparently) it's only gone uphill!:cheer2:

We had lunch there in May. If memory serves - they had lunch meat for sandwiches and a children's area with mac & cheese and corn dog nuggets. Is that non-adventurous enough?

We had lunch there in January. My husband thought it was great, very impressed with the flavors. I thought it was interesting but wasn't that impressed with it. Cinnamon is a spice used quite a bit, if my memory serves me, in meats and couscous dishes. I just couldn't get used to it.

We went for breakfast and it was fine. They do use a lot of mango which I don't like, but there is lots of plain "American" breakfast stuff. I want to warn you away from their corned beef hash though. It's one of my favorite foods, and that was just plain nasty. I don't usually spit food out! :rotfl2:
