Opinion: HS AM EMH vs Epcot PM EMH

For our upcoming trip we are doing a split HS/Epcot day. I am trying to figure out what is better "value" as it's been a looong time since I've really taken advantage of non-MK EMH.

Hollywood Studios with 8am EMH then Epcot (all FP+ will be for Epcot rides)

OR

Hollywood Studios then Epcot 11pm EMH (all FP+ will be for Epcot rides)

Our main goal in HS regardless of park hours is to ride RnR as many times as possible and also Midway Mania. I know that on a regular day the wait time for RnR can skyrocket right away, but is it the same for AM EMH? I'm not sure if the Epcot PM EMH will really do anything for us in terms of lowering wait times, so that is why I'm thinking the HS AM EMH will do more for us.

The only real value in an Epcot EMH is if you wish to spend more time browsing World Showcase. You will gain virtually nothing in terms of savings on ride times.

From your post, I did not get the feeling that World Showcase was a factor in your decision, and it appears that the HS rides are the most critical for you. So, I would lean towards the morning hour at HS. You'll get done more ride wise in that hour at HS than you do in the 2 hours at Epcot.
