Operation Relax- Free Vacation for Active Military Personnel

I saw this posted on another BB. I haven't read all of the fine print, but it looks like they are giving away a 3 night stay at a Sandals and Beaches Resort for each applicant and their spouse/guest. It appears that airfare isn't included. Applications will be accepted on a first come-first serve basis and will be available until an increment of $1 million is reached. Applications must be received by August 9, 2003.

I just read the fine print. It appears to be a sweepstakes. Here are some excerpts from the fine print.

The approximate retail value of each vacation is $2000 USD.

Winner and guest must travel together. Winners will be notified by mail.

All federal, state and local taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the winner.
