Do any of the "lands" open later than official park opening time at Disneyland?

Toontown opens one hour later.

Toontown is the only one that opens later. But some attractions may not open with the park. Tiki Room, Rafts to TSI, Canoes, Mark Twain are a few that I can think of off hand.
