Hi, All,

Just got back from an mostly great 3-night stay at POR.

I had a couple of MagicBands with me, but was planning to use MagicMobile on my Apple Watch for the most part, and the app to open my door. Well, I tried, and got this screen. After several tries, it said to call a customer service number to resolve the issue. Well, the "resolution" was to go get a key card at the desk. Which is fine, but would have been frustrating to have to walk all that way. I just dug out my MagicBand and used that.

Has anyone else had this issue? Any resolution? My next Disney resort stay is in about 5 weeks, so I'll try again then.

On my phone, after some inconsistent success when it was first introduced, I’d say it’s been working pretty solidly for me in the past year or so.

I assume you have Bluetooth on and the app permissions checked for it to use Bluetooth?

I thought you need to use your iPhone, not your apple watch, to open your resort door
Correct. That's what I wrote.

Yep, I have used the app to open my resort door many times in the past without any issues. No idea why it didn't work this trip.

Sorry I misread your post. I'm sure you already did the obvious, make sure BT is on.
