Opening Hour of California Grill

When I tried making the ADR in California Grill, they only told me that 21:50 was available. Does it means that I need to finish my dinner in 10mins?

Restaurants have seating times right up until they close. They then stay open until the last guest finishes and leaves. The "closing time" is just a "last seating time". I worked in restaurants for years, and we would take seatings right up until the very last minute, even on walk-ins.
