Just booked the same cruise this morning! Second leg of a B2B. Cat 3A for me. There was a 2A available when I jumped on, but I didn't grab it.

Nice! Hopefully we shall see each other there!

I wasn't able to get the same room on each (presuming we do the B2B instead of just the 3-night). We knew for certain we were doing the 3 night, so I booked that first. When I got to the 4-night, all the concierge rooms were gone!

Which is fine, ultimately. We can try out the rooms on the bump and see how big (or not) the verandah is, and just when we're sick of all being in the same stateroom together, get spoiled on the 3-night in the 1-Bedroom. But, given the costs involved, and with my oldest starting college next year, I suspect we're only going to be doing the 3-night cruise.

Booking this morning was a complete bloodbath. First, the last 3A booked up and we are doing a B2B so that threw a wrench in our plans right away. Then, Concierge vanished right out from under us for pretty much every sailing. We ended up with booking 2B for both legs for just myself and my tween son so it seems like a huge waste if the hubster can’t even share the space and the cruise, but I guess it is what it is. I choked on multiple food and drink items at the prices even in late August while working with my superhero TA trying to book. We finally ended up with the same category but different rooms, he calls Disney (we needed to transfer two existing reservations) and they tell him that they are not allowing back to back bookings at the moment due to “volume”, at which time other agents start corroborating this. Based on how many B2B bookings I see in this thread alone, I find that incredibly odd. At any rate, the lovely DCL agent did some sort of workaround and allowed the booking…AND managed to get us the same room for the first leg! It was showing as unavailable on our end, so I do suggest people keep checking.

A quick note- Concierge holds expire the following day at 11:59pm, not the usual three-day hold timeframe.

We will hopefully be able to switch to 3A in the next year because these prices are really something.
