I also checked RCL after I booked early today this same Fantasy cruise 2a 1c for 4600(close to that) balcony that is with obb. Looked at Independence lot cheaper like 2333 for a Balcony and can get on the allure for a lot cheaper than disney. DH just wants Disney. I really don't mind going with another line. Decisions.

I do think the "Disney Difference" is worth a premium over other lines. Maybe even a 25% premium...but not a 120% premium.

Cat 11a

Adults $2250 x2 = $4500
Child (12) $1170

I have never paid so much for an inside cabin. Wait - I haven't sailed in an inside cabin since 1993. Life changes when you have kids and you have to come up with 6k for airfare from California:)

Either way - we can't wait to visit my husband's ancestral homeland AND my daughter hopes there will be some great Frozen-related activities/excursions.

Yep. I noticed you could sail Alaska this summer for about the same price as next and this year's prices have already gone up a lot! Crazy.

I really want to try DCL Alaska at some point but not sure we ever will. :confused3 On a bright note, the summer 2015 caribbean cruises are making my April one on the magic look like a steal. :lmao: (Originally I felt it was too much!)

My husband and I sailed the Allure in 2012.. shows were wonderful, lines for everything. Everyday a line for the lunch buffet. All activities seemed to be focused on drinking and dancing. Needless to say we did not have a good time. TV channels were crap we watched the same 5 movies all week. Plus the design of the ship never allows for you to see the ocean when you are inside unless you are on the way way way top decks. After that cruse we have decided to never said RC again. It was the second chance I gave them and they lost.

We will be on the same boat! We already have a cruise meet group going, be sure to join us :cool1:
