We'll be at WDW on Oct. 1, the beginning of this promotion. Has anyone heard of any special events or media stuff taking place?

I've been wondering this too. It's the only time we've ever actually been in WDW for a big celebration beginning, but I haven't heard ANY news about a press event of any kind.

We'll be there too! Had planned to do AK on the 1st but we might have to head over to MK in the morning and do AK in the afternoon...got to have our EE fix first thing!!!
