Open wine bottle to go?

If Disney follows Fl law...No. They used to not allow you to carry an unopened bottle of wine, it had to be picked up outside the park or sent to your resort. That has changed since Covid. Also, when we tried to leave the park with an adult beverage we were stopped and told we had to drink it or dump it before leaving.

Under Florida law, you can be ticketed or arrested for possessing an open container, either in a vehicle or in public. This means that both driver and passenger must abide by open container laws, or else they risk being ticketed or arrested for violation

564.09 Restaurants; off-premises consumption of wine.—Notwithstanding any other provision of law, a restaurant licensed to sell wine on the premises may permit a patron to remove one unsealed bottle of wine for consumption off the premises if the patron has purchased a full course meal consisting of a salad or vegetable, entree, a beverage, and bread and consumed a portion of the bottle of wine with such meal on the restaurant premises. A partially consumed bottle of wine that is to be removed from the premises must be securely resealed by the licensee or its employees before removal from the premises. The partially consumed bottle of wine shall be placed in a bag or other container that is secured in such a manner that it is visibly apparent if the container has been subsequently opened or tampered with, and a dated receipt for the bottle of wine and full course meal shall be provided by the licensee and attached to the container. If transported in a motor vehicle, the container with the resealed bottle of wine must be placed in a locked glove compartment, a locked trunk, or the area behind the last upright seat of a motor vehicle that is not equipped with a trunk.

I know you cannot take it outside the park, unless the rules have changed since COVID. DS May be different. You can take an unopened bottle of wine to a restaurant and be charged a corkage fee. You cannot take it on Disney transportation. I would call or email GS to get a definitive answer.

I have done this at the hotel restaurants multiple times. They re-cork it and wrap it up in a bag for you to go. I do not know if the in-park restaurants can do this, I have not tried.

I don't believe that is still the law. In the more recent past (2+ years) I believe it was changed to allow you to take a partial bottle with you.

That maybe the case for resort TS restaurants or DS but leaving the park is a different story. Also, no alcoholic beverages are allowed on Disney transportation. As I mentioned before, you could buy an uncorked bottle of wine in the parks but you had to have it sent to your resort or to be picked up when leaving the park. The best advice since things are changing since Covid is to contact GS and ask about it. The servers may not be aware or need to talk to a manager at this point.
edit...I don’t make the rules and I’m sure there are ways to get around them. I would hate for you to buy a lovely wine and want to enjoy the rest later. Only to find you can’t take it with you. Just find out before going if you can take it with you.

Yep, very much aware of that law in Fl. Disney parks have different rules when it comes to taking alcohol outside their parks. Again, know before you go. Just make sure if its in your car , it’s in your trunk.

This is correct. Wife and I do it often since I usually have 2 glasses and she has 1 it is cheaper to buy the bottle and take the last glass or 2 home. They will re-cork it and wrap it in a bag for you. I would imagine that you probably can't do that from the parks unless they hold it at the gate for you?

I have twice (Feb 2019 and July 2019) bought wine in France in Epcot and they put it in boxes with seals over the boxes and I was allowed to carry it but it was made clear I could not open the boxes in the park. (Not a problem - I was going on a cruise the next day both times.)
