Oops help with Flour and paint Mickey Tee pls

Someone was kind enough to send me a link to the directions.

Well I goofed and bought fabric paint in the bottle (not the spray bottle). I'm wondering if I can transfer this to a plastic travel spray bottle, maybe add a little water, and make this work?

If not I'll return the bottles and get the proper paint.

That's what I did. Transferred paint I already had to a mini spray bottle. I can't remember if I thinned it or not. Fill the bottle half full, test the pump action on newspaper and add water accordingly would be my suggestion.
