Yes you do (have the best luck at Target that is). I lucked out last week and found the clear stamps you had mentioned some time ago - the $1.98 ones. They were on sale for $1.38 so I bought the journal/swirlyl one & the family/swirly. They didn't have many left.
I tried to find the paper pack, the day after Halloween and couldn't. They did have the wreath set and something else. I doubt that anything survived to 90%. I think there are a bunch of scrappers in my area though; I hardly ever find any good deals.
I bought a bunch of halloween scrapping stuff at 50% off and was happy. I got the last of a couple items at that point so I doubt there is anything left
I will have to check out our new Target to see if they have anything left for Halloween scrapbooking. It just opened a month ago 2.9 miles from my house. I will have to watch there for scrapbooking supplies. This is double trouble since there is a Michaels store there too.
NONE of our supermarkets carry scrap stuff - not even Asda I'd love to be able to slip a few Jolees in the trolley with the cereal "Why was the shopping so expensive this week?" "No idea! "
I went by Target today and got a MM stamp/paint set. All the halloween stuff is gone but they were left in the scrapping asile. They were originally $20 - I got it for $2!
i was at target today and nothing! well not really nothing, i did buy a couple of the stamps that go on the clear block for 1.37 each, and i did buy an album. so i did get a few things but nothing that i was super excited about!!
