Ontario Airport?

Anyone know how far Ontario Airport is from Disneyland?

I don't know mileage, but I have heard it's a 30-45 minute drive, depending on traffic.

They have some great airfare rates there, just not sure if it would be worth the hassle considering how convenient John Wayne is.

We fly into Ontario a lot. We plan on 45 minutes to one hour, but we usually make it in less time.

Ontario is 12 miles from DLR

We've flown into Ontario a couple of times, and each time the drive to/from DL was 40 minutes.

I would love to fly into John Wayne again like we used to, but the airfares to that airport have really gone up the last couple of years.

So, now it's either LAX or Ontario for us. It takes approx. the same amount of driving time to get to DL from either airport, but we like the Ontario airport WAY WAY BETTER than LAX. But since Alaska/Horizon provide cheap, direct, non-stop flights from Spokane to LAX, I have a feeling we'll be seeing a lot more of LAX in the future.

By going to the Ontario airport's website, and using their mapping feature, it states that they are "35.0 mi – about 42 mins" from Disneyland.

When you've had a long flight (delayed then canceled and put on a flight leaving in two minutes when you're traveling with your 3 year old and have to haul the carseat on board and clip it in and get everything situated while everyone is waiting for you) and it's hot and you're wearing black and you forgot sunscreen, then you have to wait for super shuttle even though you took time in letting them know your schedule changes and time you'd be needing them MORE than once that morning...it seems like approximately one light year away.

Lots of relativity goin' on there.
