Onsite Hotel Confusion!!??

This may be a stupid question, but after reading a few threads i'm a little confused. We plan on staying onsite at Universal for a few nights in order to have access to the perks. We were then planning on moving to a SeaWorld partner hotel for the remainder of our trip so that we could access the perks for that park. We would love to stay at just one hotel and here is where I have recently become confused. If I decide to stay at the Universal onsite hotel, will I have access to early entry, "FOTL" at SeaWorld and other parks as well, or only Universal? Will I have to switch hotels to receive these things at other parks?

I apologize if I have totally confused anyone!! I am new to Universal and trying to figure things out! Thanks for any help you can give me.

one poster gave info regarding the seaworld hotels:

Take Advantage of these Exclusive Benefits from our On-Site Hotels

Our On-Site hotels, the Official Hotels of SeaWorld® Orlando, are all within walking distance of our parks. These properties offer their guests exclusive benefits including:

Complimentary transportation to SeaWorld, Aquatica, SeaWorld's WaterparkTM, Discovery Cove® and Universal Orlando*

Complimentary Quick Queue (front-of-the-line access) at SeaWorld*

Exclusive access to the “SeaWorld Rescue Tour” at SeaWorld on Early Entry dates and every Saturday all year long**

Free shuttle to Busch Gardens® Tampa on the Busch Gardens Shuttle Express (Busch Gardens Ticket and shuttle reservation required)

And in addition, guests at any of our Official Hotels and other Hotels Partners also can take advantage of Early Entry to SeaWorld and Aquatica, SeaWorld's WaterparkTM on select dates in peak season and discounts on dining and select merchandise purchases at each park.

if you stay onsite at the darkside, you do not get the perks for seaworld.
you would need to stay at one of the seawworld hotels that participate in that park.

if you want the early entry, you would need to do a split stay.

feel free to ask any question you have.
there are many of us that enjoy helping others.

Seaworld is not owned or run by Universal. The perks are not shared. The only thing you get by staying at Universal with regards to SeaWorld is free transportation a couple of times each day.

We're doing exactly the same thing - staying at Universal 4 days, then moving over to a Sea World partner hotel for 5 days. I don't think moving to a second hotel will be a big hassle, we actually enjoy the change of scenery. The perks of the hotels make it well worth spending time at both. Sea World also has a special right now including 2 days of free dining and a 5th hotel night free - it made my decision VERY easy!

Thanks for all the help!! I'm sure I will have many more questions before my 2014 trip!!
