Which of the Disney value or Moderates has the most onsite activities for Toddlers please?

Only stayed at CBR and that has a playground in each village and there are pools

I think the ASmo has some lovely little places like the donald and daisy in hammocks area and the dalmatians with the tv, although these are more like photo ops rather than activities
