Thoughts on one day park to park Universal trip? Staying at POR and been to Disney many times but never Universal. My 14 year old LOVES thrill rides and I'd love to see the Harry Potter attractions. Is it worth the time and money for one day? Will we see enough? Also it would be Saturday May 27 so CROWDED! This would cut our HS day to only a late afternoon/night but there isn't a whole lot to do there now so I was thinking we could pull it off. What are your thoughts?

For sure!
Is this tacked onto a Disney trip? Can you give the park 2 days, as you've been to Disney many times already? :)

lol - of course! That will teach me for trying to slip in DIS between crisis at work on a Friday afternoon....

I wish we could! That would make my dicision easier. It will be $1000 for the 4 of us, both parks, express pass, and Uber. Seems so pricey!

I'm doing it in early May but it's just me and I booked my first night in the Hard Rock Hotel instead of at a Disney World resort.

I really enjoy spending a day at Universal. I try to do that every couple of trips. If you can afford it, I say do it.
