Only one adult with kids

I am beginning to plan a trip to WDW for sometime in the next 15 months or so. I am a single mom and I will be bringing three of my four kids (leaving S18 at home because of college...he is bummed!).

Anyway, my kids are dd13, dd11 and ds7. My question is if we book in a WDW hotel, how will they figure the amount. Is it based only on the number of people or is it broken down by number of adults/kids?

Price is the same for one adult as two -- extra if you have more than two.

Since none of your kids are considered adults as far as the hotel is concerned you will not be charged any extra. I'm not sure how pricing will be if you do a package. I'm a single mom and I always price everything seperately. Happy planning!

I have 4 kids too, and my oldest DS is in his 1st year of college! Is there a way for you to schedule your trip so your college boy could go? I think it would kill me to leave mine. I think it won't be too long until he is out in the world with a job and family of his own, and your days of him going to Disney with you all as a family will REALLY be over....take him while you can..it will be worth the change in plans, even if you have to go when it is a little more crowded! have a great trip!

I am a widow with 3 kids. When they were younger it was just one adult and 3 kids. When my oldest turned 18 she was listed as the second adult in the room. No difference in price though.

I would also try to plan with your 18 year old can go too. His days of being one of the 'kids' is getting close to the end. If you say he is bummed about not being able to go, can't you plan a time where he can be included? Have a great trip!
