Only ADR for Cali Grill 5:50 or 7:20??

I am practicing for my 180 mark tomorrow morning. I was trying California Grill for various days in August and noticed that when I put in 7:00 I get a message that says 7:00 isn't available, just 5:50 or 7:20, Then I tried 5-6 days in May, quite a few in June and July, I get the same exact times or almost the same times (ie, 5:55 or 7:25).

Does California Grill have certain seatings or is it possible to get a 7:00 ADR?
