only 4 nights, newbies - where would you take them?

A friend and her daughter will be joining me for the last 4nights of my wk vacation in March. This is their 2nd trip. They've only eaten at Chef Mickey's and have only checked out Contemporary.
So far Ive only booked:
Castle lunch, San Angel lunch and Brown Derby lunch
Where should I add?

You have some great choices already! How about 'Ohana?
LTT is another good option if you're looking for characters. And the Sci-Fi Dine In is another place you can only do at Disney. My DDs are still talking about it

Le Cellier! It's a wonderful experience for a newbie! We're taking one on our January trip and I can't wait to see her reaction. The atmosphere and the food are neat!

Try the ESPN Club for lunch, great stuff... We did Ohana's for dinner. I recommend the Luau Show also.

A meal at the Boardwalk would be great fun. I recommend Spoodles and the Flying Fish.
