Hi all!

I'm looking forward to making dinner ADRs for our first trip to Disneyland, but we only have 2 nights to have dinner.
Blue Bayou and Napa Rose seem to be at the top of many lists, but what are some of your other choices if those aren't available? Or would you even agree those are the 2 best? thanks in advance?

At Disneyland I'd try to get Cafe Orleans if you can't get Blue Bayou. Oga's is great if you like Star Wars but I think that's more snacks and drinks than dinner.

In DCA Lamplight Lounge is supposed to be very nice, and I've heard good things about Carthay Circle.

I'm not a fan of BB and haven't been to NR so I can't help there. But our favorites are Lamplight Lounge in DCA and Black Tap in DTD!

Gosh I think it depends on what you mean by "best". For ambiance, I'd say Blue Bayou is best IF you get a water table, but it does not have great food--it usually has good enough food and now it serves alcohol.

If you want really good food and atmosphere, I'd suggest Carthay Circle. Napa Rose also has really good food in an elegant setting. Chef's Counter is great if you're a foodie. A really fun atmosphere for cocktails and snacks or even lunch (if you're into Star Wars like pp said) then definitely go to Oga's.

Other places I like are Lamplight Lounge and Cafe Orleans for views and decent food. Make sure you figure out 60 days for these places and book when it opens as they are all popular.

These are good recommendations, but I just wanted to point out that there isn’t really any food at Oga’s in Galaxy’s Edge. It’s a bar so go there for drinks. One hour max and two drink max. They have a strange jello item, a dry snack mix and a small charcuterie tray but we are talking very limited snacks and definitely no food.

Thanks for all the great suggestions! Everything sounds amazing and we're having trouble choosing!

Thanks for pointing this out. I was there in November and I had a delicious filling light meal (I can't remember what it was) and I see it is no longer listed on the menu.

It seems like they have been testing out some things. I was hoping there would be something on the menu when we went last weekend but it’s back to the standard (and kind of weird) snacks only.

I love NR however when I went in December they did not have their signature bread service or their signature mushroom soup and no side dish options offered. I was disappointed. Carthay Circle has limited dinner hours and the patio/lounge dining has a different menu. Since DTD is so close, try Catal. All of the DTD table service places are pretty good. If you want themed, try getting an ADR for the Trader Sams at Disneyland Hotel.
