Only 2 days in parks!

We are considering going the End of may with our son he will be 7 at the time and staying a week at Nickelodeon hotel I know it gets bad reviews but we have had great experiences there twice before. We will be skipping Disney this trip and trying out universal and sea world. Any advice? We will probably only do two park days should we spend them both at universal or one at one of the universal parks and one at sea world?

When are you visiting? Park hours at Universal change after Labor Day and Halloween Horror Nights begins in mid-September.
