We'll be taking the Magic to LA and since that is already 15 nights, we can't miss much more work. We are going to be in CA for two nights...and it will be May 25th and 26th 2008...which is, of course, Memorial Day.

Any thoughts?:confused3

I guess the answer depends on what you are interested in doing. There is always Disneyland. You could spend two days there easily. Lots of museums off Wilshire blvd. The beach, Knotts Berry Farm, Hollywood, Universal Studios. Disney may have a good movie showing at the El Capitan or a show at the Pantages.

I've been to DL, but DH and the girls haven't. I've also been to Universal, the Chinese Theatre, Hard Rock, etc. I'd like to do DL and CA but I am afraid of the crowds......

I have no clue as far as distances go....guess I should consult hubby too and see if he has any input.

Don't let crowds hold you back from DLR. Even more so than WDW, if you get a nearby walking distance hotel and get an early start you can stay ahead of crowds. We usually go to DLR in the summer and always have a blast - and rarely wait in long lines. It is totally doable if you take the right approach.

I just went to DLR for three days, and we did everything we wanted to do in 2, and the extra day was for anything we wanted to do over. Oh, wait... we did Indiana Jones the second day, because FASTPASS ran out.
