has anyone used www.onlinefx.co.uk for there currency as there rates are really good at the moment and we are considering using either them or travelex, the only thing that puts me off travelex is they use Thomas Cook TC's I think, and we had terrible trouble getting T Cook tc'c replaced a few years ago when I had them stolen, firstly they wanted me to go 14 miles to collect the new ones (and we did not have a car) and then they said they would fax them through to a Western Union branch but it took them 4 days (4 attempts) to fax the order through in the correct name, so obviously I am cautious about using them again.

decided to take the plunge and ordered our money through onlinefx yesterday evening (the rate was 1.81) and paid with my debit card, now I now that there is more than twice the amount of money in the bank than I needed, checked thanks to internet banking, but I got a phone call from onlinefx today to say that my card had been declined. I rang the alliance & Lecicester, but they had no idea why it was declined, other than a large cheque for just over £2000 went through the account today, still leaving more than enough to cover the order, so onlinefx are going to try again, and I thought this would be so easy.....
