Online WDW travel specialists in Canada?

Last time I went to WDW we used an online agency. I wasn't terribly happy with them - took a long time to get back to me, when I would email a question it would take usually another email reminder before I got a response. I had to remind them that it was my 180 ADR date - no response. I asked for suggestions for restaurants, how to get to a certain restaurant etc., and nothing. They only booked my ADR's when I prompted them to. Anyhow - can someone recommend a good agency, preferably in Canada (would like to support our travel industry if possible) but doesn't have to be if there is any outstanding agency I should know about. Can you give an example of why that agency is your recommendation? Sorry - sound like I'm conducting an interview don't I. Hope this is O.K. to ask on the board.
