Hi team!

I'm just wondering what everyone uses to keep track of their activity. I was using the Nike training log, but now that I'm doing more biking I find it isn't as nice once you start adding in multiple different kinds of activity.

I stepped over to www.buckeyeoutdoors.com to try out their training log and so far it looks pretty neat. You can upload training plans to compare you actual training to the plan, it totalizes your mileage or time for each type of activity at the end of the week, plus you can really keep track of food you've eaten, hours of sleep, water intake, weight.

It seems like a good site, but I'm wondering if anyone else has any other recommendations..??

Thanks!

Thanks for the suggestion actually I just use a homemade spreadsheet. Funny thing is this is brand new for me because I joined one of the teams. All the training we did last year and all the races we did and I NEVER kept track or logged any of that training.:confused3 :rotfl:

I actually think that the Runners World one is really good, although I actually don't use it, but DH does. It will keep track of different activities (bike, swim, etc.) and lets you enter a ton of different information. But I'm not familiar with the buckeyeoutdoors, so I can't offer a comparison.

I use the one on marathonguide solely for the reason that it is easy to print out your training log at the end of the month and I have my "running book" where I have all of my training logs, race bibs, literature about races I've run, and results - yes it's a little obsessive, I know:rolleyes:

Other than for the ease of printing, I would not recommend marathonguide over Runners World - I think Runners World is a better system.

I use the Runner's World one as well. I like it and have never used another. I love the feature that keeps track of mileage on your shoes. I guess when I find anything that I like, I quit looking for a replacement, but, you've got me curious about the buckeye site.

I am a BT girl myself. BeginnerTriatlete. I can keep track of all my races, and tri training...If you want to see it, look at my WO blog. I have also met some wonderful people on the site.

I use running ahead too. I like that I can store my routes and keep up with my shoes. I am just obsessive I guess.
