How long does it take to get your tix delivered if you order them online? We're leaving Monday, 9/20 and I'm not sure if I have time to have them mailed to Louisiana. Anyone have experience with this?

I ordered my AP from the waltdisneyworld.com website and it took about 10 days. There may have been another shipping option to get it here quicker (for more money obviously). I'm not sure about that, I just know I chose the default method.

I ordered a 4 day park hopper plus for my mom from mapleleaftickets.com and it took about a week. Again I did the default shipping method.

When you purchase tickets, you have to enter the date you're departing your home town.

It then alters your shipping selections based on which options will be available in the time frame before your departure. Leaving the 20th, I suspect at this point you will either have to pay a hefty fee to get them overnight, or order them from will call, which is always free. :)

You could always select the will call option which means that you would pick up your tickets at Guest Services. You won't be charged a shipping fee for this. I have done this before and it is very easy. :)

If I do will call can I pick them up at our resort?

When you say "guest services" where is that?

Anne

Guest Services is at the same counter or right by the check in counter at your hotel. The Cast Member checking you in might be able to give you your tickets also (never tried, just a guess).

Also, if you have a Disney Store near you, you can get your passes there too. Same price as disneyworld.com, you get your tickets right then and there, no shipping fee and you do not have to worry about your tickets getting lost in the mail:D

hmmm, thanks...I think I read somewhere that the tickets I could get at the Disney store are made of a different material than the ones I can get online or at WDW. Is this correct?

I picked my tickets up at guest services at MK but any of the other three parks have guest service locations as well. They are usually located right by the entrance to the parks. I'm not too sure if you can pick them up at the hotel's guest services ... I haven't tried that before. I thought they were set up differently but I could be wrong.

That's correct.

If you buy a park hopper, or park hopper plus ticket at the Disney Store, you will receive a pass that is made of a material that's similar to credit card plastic. It's a little bit thinner, but still very durable.

You'll get the same material if you buy an Annual Pass or Premium Annual Pass at the Disney Store as well, but those are just vouchers. You'll turn those in and get the mylar tickets. Which are surprisingly durable. :)

You aren't wrong. :) Will call tickets cannot be picked up at a resort. They must be picked up at any Guest Relations location or at the ticket booths at the TTC.
