Has anyone made online reservations on the Disney World website? I had trouble getting it to process but it finally went through. Now, when I try to pull it up, it says that it is unable to retrieve my information. I was just wondering if anyone else has had any problems? Also, do they send you a confirmation via snail mail? (I did receive an email confirmation.) I'd appreciate any info you could give me.
I've used it many times. Yes, you receive an email confirmation and a snail mail one too. Hang on to both. I too have had times when I could not access it on line - if you ever just want to reaffirm that it is there you can always telephone and give them your conf # and they will pull it up for you. I have found that especially on Sunday afternoons it seems like the Disney system is down - or maybe we are all just flooding it with requests????
