Online Reservations!

Anyone having trouble with their system this morning. Every time I try to confirm a reservation it bounces me out and doesn't book our reservation. I guess I am going to have to call!

No trouble here. Just booked all my reservations starting August 20!

I had trouble this morning as well. It would not accept my resort reservation number, therefore, I could not book the +10 days, just the 180th day out.

The CM did say she received an email this morning that there was an issue and she was able to confirm the reservation when I called @ 7:00 AM.

I think I am having trouble because my group is large (9 People), but I am only having trouble at select places: Kona and Cape May Cafe? The rest of them I have been able to book. I called and they were not able to book either they said the system hasn't loaded for those restaurants yet? Maybe I should call and ask another cast member?

I was having issues with the system not taking the reservation number, but once I signed out and back in, and then disassociated our res#, it allowed me to put my res# back in and it worked fine.

I also couldn't make a reservation for 9 at Le Cellier, but was able to do a group of 8. I had to make reservations for 20 people, so it didn't really matter how we split up (8, 8 & 4)

I had to use a different server, it would not work on Google Chrome...it worked on Internet Explorer for me

I was able to book Kona when I switched servers to firefox, but no luck on Cape May. I tried explorer and it would not even let me log in. I think I am going to call again. It lets me book 8 but not 9.
