Online reservation system acting up

I know I have read on here a couple times lately about it acting up.
Well it is doing it to me tonight.
Anyone else having trouble?:confused3
 
I've trouble with it almost every day this week when using it to get or revise ADR's. I log in, get my reservation page, see all my ressies, then make or change one, it's fine one minute or I have to relog in 4 times the next minute. Flaky!
 
It's messing up for me now too and I'm trying to cancel some that I don't need. I know other people will want them and I can't cancel them! I guess I am going to have to just call them.
 
Just got on here about 5:30pm Eastern...no problems, even got 'Ohana, imagine that!
 

I've also been having trouble booking online. Called and was told that they are experiencing some difficulties right now. I'm at 180 days today and cant book CRT online or by calling...its showing no availability for October 30 on, which I was told is impossible to be completely booked already. For some reason there is an error code showing on alot of reservations right now. Glitch in the system I guess, but they need to get it fixed asap!! I was told to keep calling the reservation phone line...
 
I got up at 5 am this morning to be able to make my online ADR's and it let me make ONE... the very first reservation...then on every one I tried to make after that I kept getting an error message. I finally gave up and waited until 6 (7 am Eastern time) and called and made my ressies by phone. She wasn't able to get me my exact times I was looking for but I made them anyway. I posted on here about not being able to make my own online ressies and someone posted back to me to try using a different browser to do it. I switched from Firefox over to Internet Explorer and I was able to make my own online ressies. SO I went in and got the exact times I was looking for and changed my reservations myself. It's funny how they couldn't give me my times over the phone but I could book it myself online. They couldn't book me ANYTHING for T-Rex but I was able to get my exact day and time for it myself online. I would say, try what I tried. Use a different browser. It worked for me. And you can get better times booking them yourself.
 
How do you use another browser? I have explorer on my computer, but don't know how I would access Foxfire
 
I'm having issues this morning. It is 180 days out and every restaurant is showing no availabilty for 11/10. Grrrr....
 
I don't think this is a browser issue. I get the same frustrating results with IE or Firefox.
for me, I can sign in and may or may not be able to pull up my reservations.
If they do show up, I can search but often while I'm searching it suddenly looses everything says I don't have any reservations. I have found that I can use the 'lost reservation' link for one of my ADRs and that will usually retrieve everything again.
I've also had trouble canceling reservations.
You'd think a tiny little company like Disney could get a reliable system working.....
 
Rather than changing your browser, before you sign-in, just clear your cookies and temporary internet files. :thumbsup2
