Our 180+10 window opened today, so I tried online several times after 7 am Eastern and finally called. Once I got a live person on the phone (after going through many automated processes), she said the system was being upgraded and she couldn't get into it either.
I tried off and on all day and after clearing cookies, changing browsers, rebooting, etc. was finally able to make ADRs online for my first four days but haven't been able to make any beyond that. Fortunately I got the two that were most important to us, so I'll try again tonight or tomorrow for the rest.
