Online payment problems?

Is anyone having an is so accessing the payment link? I can't find it anywhere. They haven't sent me an email but I know my final date is here. Any direct link?

According to the phone CMs, they're having problems. But with the history of WDW IT, it wouldn't surprise me if it got dropped.

Disney IT does not seen to do a good job with change management protocols. One might call them a Mickey Mouse operation, but in context that might seem a compliment and lord no.

I was going nuts trying to find the link as well. It seems they would want people to make payments online - they aren't paying a real person to take your information! And, I really don't like reading off my cc numbers over the phone (and long distance/wasting time on hold).

I was able to figure out a work around by "changing my plans" and adding my DME reservations. From there I was able to payoff my balance

I did the same thing was playing around with dining plan lol made my payment at the same time
