Online payment not showing up... help!!

I've just purchased an obscene amount of $50 gift cards to pay off our trip. I went online (using the customizable maps) to make some of the payments and while the system took the money from the gift card, it is not showing up on my balance due. I noticed it after inputting the second card, so I am not going to use any more, but has anyone else experienced this?

I made a credit card payment last week and it never went through. I waited 7 days and it did not show up on the disney site or my credit card.

What worries me is that the gift card balances are now $0... but there is no payment reflected online

I have seen many people here on the DIS with the same complaint. All that I have seen called and found out the payment WAS applied to their account but didn't show up online. Sometimes it shows, and sometimes it doesn't. Most here have resorted to calling and using the automated payment for gift cards and credit cards. Or got thru to a CM and read them the numbers of 50 gift cards.

Isn't the new website great!?
