Online order & Kohl's cash -- help!

I ordered some things from Kohl's on BF. I just checked the order status and it says my items won't be here until sometime between Dec. 8th and Dec. 15th! Wow, that's a long time from BF!!

Anway, today is the last day to redeem Kohl's cash. I'm supposed to get $20 in Kohl's cash. How can I redeem it if my package hasn't even arrived yet. Once I tried to redeem a $20 Kohl's cash certificate that had expired, but the store manager said they don't take expired certificates.

When you make a Kohls online purchase, the company delivers your Kohls cash by email within a 24 hour period. I recently made an online purchase and received my Kohls cash email within 5 hours of the purchase. I would recommend to continue to check your email and if necessary take the email into your local store. I have never had a problem redeeming the Kohls cash either online or in the store even when expired.

First, check your spam filter. If not there, call Kohls and explain the issue.

I placed an order on BF and got my Kohl's cash on via email on 11/28. The email subject line said "Your Kohl's cash has arrived. Spend freely." I almost deleted it thinking it was just an ad for Kohl's cash. Check your email for a few days after BF as well as your junk mail. Did you get an order confirmation email?

Recently my Kohls cash email was "delayed" so they gave me a 20% off coupon. IT was emailed the next day. Don't ask me how Kohls email cash can be delayed.

I earned Kcash for the same BF sale- mine arrived late just this past Saturday night- almost a full week late...only left me with Sunday and today to use it. It SHOULD have arrive by the Saturday after BF, but it was delayed for a reason they could not explain. I would call their 800 number and ask so that they have it on record that you did not get yours in time to use it...good luck.

I also have recieved kohls cash for my bf purchase that have not recieved all of the items ordered. I called on the 6th and told them I had not recieved my whole order and maybe returning some items. I did not use my Kohl's cash and was told they could just credit my card the amount of Kohl's cash I will have earned after receiving order and doing any returns. I actually prefer to save more money on my purchase than to have a coupon for a future purchase, so this is fine with me.

Thanks for the help! I called Kohl's customer service only to be put on hold for 45 min! I hung up and then read more of the responses on this thread. I checked my spam email box and there was the Kohl's cash! I didn't even know they sent it in an email (thought it came with the package). Usually I buy things in person and get my Kohl's cash when Imake the purchase because the store is a mile away.

Anyway, I went to Kohl's and spent my Kohl's cash right before the store closed!

What date range shows in your order confirmation? I placed an order on this past saturday and the date range is the 15th to the 20th.

You need to call customer service. Kohls had a problem with their computers leaving items in submitted status and not sending out Kohl's cash. It took me 2 days and 3 phone calls for it to be taken care of.
