Online/on phone dining ressies?

I made all dining ressies online this am, except for CP which I knew had to made by phone. I called to book CP and couldnt get Chef's CP packagefor the night I wanted but was able to get San Angel package. The CM said she couldn't cancel the ressie I made online for San Angel (different night) and would have to cancel that myself, which I did. I later checked online to make sure everything was there, but couldn't locate the CP dinner package that I made by phone. Is this because it was made by phone or do I not have a ressie or am I just being overly cautious?

I don't understand her not cancelling it -- as far as I know, you can't cancel online, you HAVE to call & talk to a CM. I cancelled like 5 reservations yesterday. That's crazy.

My reservations that I made on the phone did show up, but they ended up being under my "local" (ie cell phone) number, not my home number that I signed in with to do the online reservation process. So you might want to try that?

I was able to cancel one online, that I made online - I accidently booked Brown Derby, which I later realized was 2 TS credits. We already had 2 character dinners and didn't want to use any more credits.

However, when they sent me the reconfirmation, it still had the Brown Derby listed, with my new reservation for Raglan Road.

I went back online and input the dining confirmation number and it could not be found in the computer, so it has been deleted. I thought it should have shown as deleted in the e-mail.
