We are DVC members with a reservation at the Boardwalk Villas in September. We tried to log on to the online dining reservations and enter our DVC reservation number this morning, but the system could not locate our reservation number. As a result, we could not make our reservations online for 90 days + 10. My wife, Disney Enabler, called the regular WDW Dining Dining Reservation number and made all our ADRs. My wife told the phone rep about the problem. He said it is a new system and they are still "working out the bugs."
We then called DVC Member Services when they opened and explained the problem. The agent was unaware of the problem and called over her supervisor. Together all of us walked through the screens over the phone so they could see the problem. They said it was the first time they have heard that DVC reservation numbers could not be retrieved through the online dining reservation system and said they would report the issue.
So, based on our experience this morning, DVC members cannot currently make their dining reservations online 90 days + 10 in advance.
