online dining reservations

I am so confused on how to do it. Our 180 days is March 24th. We are going Septmeber 20-27. I don't need any for the first day is it going to let me book for the next. I know with staying on property we get the 10 bonus thing. Would it be better just to call them in ? HELP!!!

Today is our 180 days. I did everything online and I didn't do any reservations for the day we arrived. I am on the phone now though b/c Mama Melrose was blocked out for the Fantasmic Package.
