Online Dining isn't working for me

I'm really bummed. I woke up early just to book my ADRs this morning and I can't get my reservation to confirm on the dining website to book my +10 dining reservations.

I'm sure it's because of the "different" Disney Visa #s. Every time I call a CM about my reservation they have a difficult time because it starts with KMB instead of the typical prefex.

I think I'm most upset because my sleep is at a premium considering I have a 4 week old that was up most of the night. Dragging myself out of bed at 6 was not easy.
 
The dining website hasn't been working correctly all week and I think even people have been reporting it hasn't been working before that time. I don't know what the deal is with it. It can't even find my reservation to book the +10. I had to call and book all of them which I don't mind, but I'd rather book online.
 
Yes, this becoming quite a problem for 180+10 reservations.

I'd rather book online, but if you call you won't have any trouble. I had to do it last Sunday morning.
 
I ended up having to call this past Monday because the online system would not recognize my DVC reservation number. Quite aggrevating! However, the phone reservation experience was quite easy so all is well. I have more dining reservations to make for our December trip to make this June. I hope I don't have a problem online then or else I will be on the phone again. Maybe I'll have pixie dust next time!:wizard:
